RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 we do not accept returns due to the nature of the product however If you are un happy please email us at stylcosmetics@gmail.com and we will send help your way.

CANCELLATIONS

Order Changes / Cancellations. To serve you better, STYLcosmetics.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Order Processing

We strive to process orders all orders the same or next day, depending on time of day that order is received.  During high volume time orders can take up to 5 days to process. Please check our social media outlets for these announcements such as Instagram and Facebook stories as well as your email 😍

International Orders

We cannot be responsible for any customs, duties fees or sales taxes that may be assessed on your order, by your country. We expect that the customer is aware of their individual countries rules & regulations regarding importing and/or ordering from international destinations. Please know your countries rules for being taxed on purchases from outside of your country before purchasing from STYL Cosmetics. 

We cannot declare a lower value for customs purposes than the actual value of the merchandise. Doing so is a felony and subject to fines and imprisonment. Please DO NOT ASK us to break the law. 

Shipping

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note If we are experiencing high volume/restocking, processing time will be longer however when your order is sent out, the shipping speed you chose will still be in affect.

Tracking

All shipments are sent with tracking/delivery confirmation. As soon as your order is printed out, your tracking will automatically follow up.

Often these emails land in spam/junk folders. Please ensure that your spam blockers are not blocking e-mails from us or paypal. You can track USPS Mail shipments via the USPS website. You may also use our Contact Us form if you have any additional questions regarding your order.  

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We assume no responsibility if orders are marked as DELIVERED by the postal service.  Any order which has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order. We unfortunately are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. 

We accept no responsibility or liability for shipping delays which are as a result of errors on the part of the shipping carrier. 

Damaged Items or Missing Items

- Please contact us within 7 Days of receipt of package to report any damage or to report any missing items or incomplete orders. 

Damaged merchandise claims MUST be acompanied  by photo evidence of damage. We cannot submit a damage claim without proof/evidence. The usps requires 1 picture of the shipping label (To and From) and photos of damaged merchandise. No claim for damage will be granted a refund without photo evidence of damage. We may at our discrection ask for return of merchandise. In such case, we will pay the return postage expense.

Disclaimer

We advise people to use our glitter with caution at your own discretion. Glitter is NOT eye safe. Glitter is NOT FDA approved for use in or around the Eyes. Glitter is Not intended for use around the eyes. Please use with your own caution as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

* We recommend before using any eyeshadow or makeup product that you do a patch test before to avoid irritation. Before you start to use a new product, place a small amount on the inside of your elbow and wait 48 to 72 hours. If you notice no redness, swelling, itching, or burning on that spot, it should be OK for you to use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product immediately.
